so no idea on what to do during winter?

You can't make an offensive... Both the allies and the Russians can out produce you... maybe focusing on aerial production?

Offensives can be mounted during the winter. Since the computer doesn't want to attack during the winter you can withdraw troops from some parts of the line, since it won't attack you anyway, to reinforce the part where you want to strike, and also always attack from two or threee sides. the winter is also the season of encirclements since the computer will be confident it's lines will hold, and won't dare to attack the encircling troops (see my last post in my chi-com aar for pretty pictures). Though it's a costly gamble to lose. only attack if you have a very distinct advantage. Since you are at a serious disadvantage when it comes to numbers I don't want to make any recommendations. Also I don't remember if you are playing normal or aggressive. If the comp is aggressive you probably shouldn't bother. Anyway, so far excellent going! Maybe I'll do a Götterdämerung Japan AAR next time. :D

I havent try this scenario before, but is it possible to do Sea Lion early? Consider that the home island for Uk will probably be poorly defended, you can build some marine and transport and take over Britain and this will quickly knock out 1 front for you (much easier compare to knocking out Soviet anyways). Plus you are going to get a huge stock of oil. Maybe you can use some uber stacks of sub to get temparory superiety. I dunno if the uber sub stack is nerfed or not.

I have tried to gather all the German navy units, and it is still no match for the Brits and American's Navy. You do start off with 5 transports, but I think it would be a mircle to pull off, if not completely impossible
 
Hey guys, I'm still working on the AAR, but it will be a busy time for me as classes are ending, papers are due and finals must be studied for. On top of that I am graduating college so I have to find a job as well...

So expect a post by Thursday.

Finals should be over for you by now. They were for me. Besides, you promised to update weeks ago!
