Do any paradox games have a middle-earth map mod, and if so can someone link them to me?

AFAIK, there arent any but people did tryed, i would like making one but dont have time nor skills
I seem to recall that there were plans for it, but they were discouraged since apparently the owners of the copyright to Tolkiens' work are overzealous in hunting down people using contents of the books even for freeware mods, going even as far as starting lawsuits... (which apparently happened to a group doing a civ3 middle-earth mod some years ago)
ha well i suppose they have the right
