'Too Many Existing Alliances'

Description​

Playing as a duchess, I married a mayor, and am now trying to betroth my son. I am not able to betroth him as any time I try to do so there is a -30 modifier for 'Too Many Existing Alliances', even though my only alliance is to my husband, with 49 levies.

Steps to reproduce​

Arrange Marriage -> My son & his daughter -> -30 for too many alliances
