I'll probably put another variable in for the config for the next version for all of those people where the tool can't find the mod folder (for whatever reason).

Any chance you're still willing to do this? I've tried with latest version but it still can't seem to find the mod folder.

Hi there. Is anyone else having problems going up to kingdom tiers by clicking provinces multiple times with this utility?

I'm editting a mod directory and only the empty territory (We haven't filled it all yet) goes to duchy titles; territory with things there don't go up to the proper duchy in most areas and nowhere goes up to kingdoms or empires.

Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

If you send me your files I'll take a look myself. Could very well be a bug.

It actually doesn't say.. :/ It only says the "Java Exception" thing.

I've looked for the error log, but am having a difficult time finding it! (I did enable logging for java)

You'd have to open the bat not the jar itself!?

Re-asking this. My version of this tool still cannot find the mod folder. Just being able to type the file path would solve this issue and make it so I can use the tool.

Any idea why it editor aims at the install directory to get at mods? EDIT: Here's a pic of the launcher.

I couldn't see the contents of the screenshot because the site immediately forwards me to some page that wants to install malware on my smartphone.

That being said: There's now two directories you have to set in your config file, the mod folder and your game's install folder. The previous setup where I looked for the mods folder below the user profile folder seems to not have worked for some people.

What exactly am I doing wrong?

maindir, modsdir and modname; that's what you need (as stated in the OP).

If the zip file's config.txt doesn't contain those already I'd have to reupload it ...

Yeah those are missing. I'm also still having problems going up de jure tiers. It seems to still use title history files and if they don't exist I can't go up.

I can't seem to get this working for my mod at all. It kept using the vanilla version no matter what. Here is the config:
Code:
#maindir = "F:\Crusader Kings II 1.08"
#maindir = "H:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Crusader Kings II"
maindir = "G:\Games\SteamApps\common\Crusader Kings II"
gameversion=ck2
moddir = "C:\Users\CENSORED\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod\"
modname = "TotalWar"
#moddir = "ElderKings"
#moddir = "Lux Invicta"
#moddir = "Britannia"
#moddir = "A Game of Thrones"
#moddir = "Umbra Spherae"
