I would suggest using TextPad, a pretty good program that offers a quick comparison of files, text or hex, and which has a free trial version you can download.
 
I've answered you Faello by PM. However, I didn't understood correctly your question. TO compare 2 files, I'm using "xdiff" which is a Unix/Linux program. Directly (and quickly) show which lines is different.

My suggestion was Crimson editor. I'm not sure you can compare 2 files with it.
