Tools for modding the game

I was wondering if anyone has created any modding tools or kits for the game to make it easier to create things like: family trees, and dynasties.

Currently im in the process of creating a mod but its taking a very long time since im teaching myself how to do it and its going very slowly.

So if anyone knows of has any modding tools for any aspect of the game please tell me.

I always wanted this but there is nothing to do exactly what you want I'm afraid.

Subtarranean did release a character editor in VB. It doesn't do anything you want, but then again, nothing in life is perfect ! You can find it in the uploads forum. And have you read the modding guide?...

I read it and got the jist of it basically im trying to put it to use practically now.
