Tooltips for excommunication appear elsewhere

When Papal controller, the mouseover tooltips for excommunication (specifically excommunicate and revoke excommunication) appear over the first child on the list of children I can send as fosterlings to another court.

Three bugs on day one... I promise I'm not trying...

I don't have an account for posting screenshots but will be happy to provide jpg by mail if requested.

I am not 100% sure what we can do about this, but I'll look into it. I never seem to be poius enough to become Papal controller maybe I should clean up my act.
