Torsedillas Bug

Hi!
I think there is a bug concerning the treaty of Torsedillas:
I played Spain and it was possible to conquer two trading posts founded by Poland-Lithuania in Cuba without declaration of war. The same did not work with trading posts founded by England in the area of Florida although these provinces too were part of the 'Spanish World'. Please check

Ah, but England _is_ catholic in 1505

I have the same problem, and lost major victory points by not being able to take over English colonies (w/o declaring war). I checked, and England is still Catholic. Does the Military alliance override Tordesillas?
