says limit for zip is 123.98mb
file is only 976kb...
anyway tho, all three of the mirrors on that site work, so not sure what issue could be.

Just adding a post to tell you that so far i LOVE your mod. It's quite good.
One small thing though. I had 2 or so provinces near Macedonia that refused to build stuff. A bug perhaps?

The crazy thing about the game and all these mods is that none of them do anything about the foreign people showing up inside of your character assignment. i mean seriously you end up with a greek as a consul. you dont give him titles then the senate continues to try to assign him a job. you ignore the senate then you have a populist problem.

That's not really the focus of TCM...but then in 2.0 I did include a lot of things that wouldn't have normally been the focus
It shouldn't be too hard to include a culture requirement for assignment to offices, and even lift that requirement through laws.
