Barring any major bugs, this will be the last version of TCM for a while. I've decided to stop jumping between projects and getting nothing done; instead I hope to concentrate on single projects for a while and actually release them
Unfortunately, I did have grander plans for this release, but very few of them ended up working properly, so this will have to do.
Features:
Changelog
===========
TCM2.2 Lite
===========
- Compatible with 2.32 Official Patch.
- Added a modifier to stop civilisation spread while at war (to stop the 'turbo civving' effect of provinces after the 'Vae Victis' efent).
- Added a modifier that reduces civilisation spread for Barbarian provinces.
- Changed the 'Vae Victis' event to only fire for countries that have fewer than 6 provinces.
- Made some changes to the diploannexation decision that *should* prevent the 'crazy decisions' bug (couldn't seem to reproduce the bug consistently with 2.32 beta patch). Also fixed some localisations issues.
- Introduced army mutiny event sequence.
===========
TCM2.1 Lite
===========
- Raised maximum annex size to 12 provinces.
- Removed ability to sell provinces, it was too bugged.
- Fixed localisation issues on releasing nations.
- Fixed an entry in event 10010 (a pretty important event!) that prevented it from firing.
- Replaced "alliance_with" (which doesn't exist in EUR code) with a +400 relationship effect when countries are released.
- Removed a whole bunch of modified vanilla events for the 'lite' version.
- Removed entire history section of 2.0 for 'lite' version.
- Removed all static_modifier changes for 'lite' version.
Installation
Enjoy
Features:
- Increases the maximum province limit for annexations to 12 (from 2 in vanilla).
- Introduces a mechanic where controlling all of a country's provinces will make them much easier to take in a peace settlement. This makes it possible to force countries like Carthage or the Seleucid Empire to cede more than a small handful of provinces even when you have 100% warscore.
- Provinces overrun by rebels have a chance of defecting to a neighbouring country.
- Introduces the ability to diplomatically annex tributaries, a feature present in EU3 but not EUR. This can be done through the Decisions window if you have an ally who is paying tribute.
- Introduces the ability to release nations that don't exist but have cores on your provinces (again, like EU3). This can be done through the Decisions window while at peace.
