Tournament contestant concedes but then still competes

Description​

In a Joust event my character reached the finals. The event announcing the two finalists said that my opponent had conceded. Then I got another event to pick what to do in the joust.

Steps to reproduce​

Load the attached save and observe that the competitor who conceded (Count Ince II of Gomor) is still competing. It has two mods enabled but they have nothing to do with the tournament activity system, and they only affect event triggers and effects so the savegame loads fine without them.
