Trade Resource Bug.

When I trade for instance 400 Steel in return for 100 rubber(when playing Germany) I only get around 28 rubber and not the 100 I expect. This makes it very hard to get enough resources. I tried to install the 1.06 patch but it still didn't work. Am I the only one that has this problem?

Are you at war? When at war you only get a percentage of your trade back.

My usual strategy is to make sure I have 90k+ of rubber, steel, oil and leave Coal almost at 0. Then when playing as Germany, getting Anschluss you get Austria's reserves as well as Polands soon after.
