Description​

I want to give my culture Horse Breeders. The base cost is 2000, and +3000 if I do not have a regiment of Light Cavalry, Heavy Cavalry or Archer Cavalry of at least size 8. I do have a regiment of Archer Cavalry of size 8, but am still required to pay the additional 3000 prestige.

Paying to also increase my Light Cavalry to size 8 immediately gives the discount.

Steps to reproduce​

Meet the requirements to not pay the extra for the new tradition Horse Breeders by having a size 8 regiment of Heavy Horse Archers.
