"Traditional X weddings" label in dynasty perks window has wrong reference

Description​

If your dynasty is named X, then one of the first perks you can get is called "traditional X weddings". However, if you look up the perk window of any other dynasty Y which is not yours, then their perk window also says "traditional X weddings"

The easiest fix would be to simply rename this first perk to not refer to a dynasty name.
