With the release of the Road Builder Mod, TLE is unfortunately no longer compatible with the new mod. Both mods cannot be used at the same time. Is it possible to ensure compatibility of both mods with an update?
I have been using both mods since road builder was in private beta testing for over a week now without any issues, what are you talking about?

It affects a lot of players, not just me. If you activate Road Builder the game crashes to desktop when starting it. If you deactivate TLE, it works with Road Builder. We will see which of the two mods requires an update.

I have been using both Traffic Lights Enhancement and road builder for over a week. Try adjusting your load over to see if that helps. Not saying there is no bug but maybe it is load order related.
 
Dont help for me. I can use TLE or Road Builder, but not both mod.
Interesting, I have multiple computers and none of them have the issue. I assume you tried to reinstall all of your mods, verify game cache and ensure all drivers are updated.

There is obviously something unique that causes it to only occur to some users and not everyone, the more we know about the differences between the ones who have it working and those that do not the better equipped the developers are are at resolving the issue.
 
Good news for me and possibly others with the same problem! I created a new playset and gradually activated mods from my list for testing.
Solution: TLE and Road Builder work together, when Goee is disabled! :D

I have both enabled and i did't have any problem either.

It does work. But as others have determined the depreciated GOOEE mod causes issues and should be uninstalled/removed. If you are still having issues I would recommend using Skyve and have it auto-adjust load order. It's also great for providing recommendations on mods to remove or uninstall.
 
I just started playing post Economy 2.0 updates. I cannot get this mod to pop up. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I'm following the guide (I think?)...

If you have Gooee disabled but do not clean up its files, the UI will not show. The mod should work fine with 1.1.7f1, as the two updates after 1.1.5f1 should not affect it.

Please add GOOEE compatibility.

The Canary version should fix the compatibility issues with Gooee and Road Builder. I will push the changes to Alpha if no issues are found.

It seems that "protected left turns" is broken and causes traffic to get stuck sitting waiting forever, never turning.

If you remove the "unsafe" go straight lanes, TLE might not be able to group some lanes into a specific phase. I don't have a fix for this under the current design. You might work around this by not removing the "unsafe" go straight lanes.

The traffic light is constantly green when "turn on red" is activated. If there are more than 4 lanes with 2 traffic lights, one left, one right, then only the right traffic light is constantly green. The left one switches red/green normally.

Under the hood, allowing turns on red simply gives vehicles a green light to turn, but with a give way requirement.

Glad we have it isolated to Gooee, and this isn't a part of the problem. I have Gooee cleanly removed, so I'll install this again, and see how it goes!

Yes. There was a compatibility issue with Gooee when Road Builder was installed. This issue was resolved in version 0.2.26.

The issue was partially caused by TLE using an unofficial method to communicate with the UI. It has now been resolved.

I have an issue where if I click on the refresh button in Zoning Toolkit , it opens the Traffic Light Enhancements mod panel!? At a guess, it occurs after I've used TLE.

The TLE panel will open when the "Traffic Lights" tool in "Road Tools" is enabled.
 
Was Gooee ever a dependency for this mod? I've never installed it, and I've been able to use RB and your mod flawlessly over the past few weeks.

No, TLE does not have any external dependencies except for Harmony. There was an issue when TLE, Gooee, and Road Builder were all enabled, the game would crash at launch because TLE triggered an event in the UI before it was ready.

I activated this mod, and when I restarted my save games were gone. Deleted from the drive folder too. Is this a thing?

TLE does not modify data at rest and I have not received any similar reports.
