Description​

UI Trait Overflow Issue: In the base game, character panels fail to display excess traits beyond the visible threshold (e.g., truncating after the 'Possessed' trait) due to lacking scroll functionality, rendering additional traits invisible.

When a character has too many traits, excess traits are hidden and not visible in the interface.

**Figure 1** shows the original UI in CK3, which only displays up to the **Possessed traits** and does not show additional traits beyond that.
