I understand the attributes, but what are the numbers by the other traits? and what do they represent?
 
bonus/malus of relation with the characters that have those traits.

For example, your "arbitrary" King will have a malus of -0.6% in the loyalty of a just, indulgent, midas touched vassal. ( -10 +2 +2 = -6 )
