This mod does not change the number of vehicles on a route. It changes the passenger capacity of vehicles

due note this increases the people poole, so the game thinks its at .. 1million , actuality its at 100k.. if that makes sense

What are the settings you are using?

If you set the bus factor to 0.5 in the mod's menu the bus capacity will change from 80 to 40.

So you're saying that in your game that capacity is always 80 (the vanilla value)?
