With the French rocking on their heels from their defeat in Italy, and the Brits and Spanish being forced to take a step back from being smacked around a bit as well, King Carol II & Co. decide it is time to spend a little time capitalizing on the gains we've fought so hard for over the last year and a half. Additionally, China goes apeshit this post.
Weeks after their declaration on Tibet, NC makes another enemy:
Not satisfied with simply starting wars, NC exercises its ability to talk a little smack.
Our new defenses are coming along handily:
Consider this a 'before' image for NC:
If you look at the gamelog, you can see why we desperately need to develop a defensive umbrella and establish air superiority.

Apparently it's working for them, however:
Okay, I have NO effin clue when Japan and Russia went to war. But, apparently, it happened. And Russia's allies are the ones suffering.
9 months after securing the Italian mainland, the armies of Romania once again March to the Drums of War.
Our new and improved airforce proceeds to fly interception and occasionally bombing missions while our strident armies do what they do best, conquer.
Varna and Pleven fall. Our armies march towards Vraca and prepare to launch a strike on Sofia.
China continues kicking ass.
We make our move on Sofia, and prove victorious.
50,000 Bulgarian bums are captured in Vraca. Unfortunately, some of our forces are driven from Sofia.
Our Army, outnumbered and tired from the War- but with high spirits, attack the last holdout Bulgarians, overcome the numerical difference, and take 110,000 more prisoners.
Our Commanders and Ministers are pleased with the way the offensive went, but are quite annoyed with the Greeks for their gall in taking Istanbul and Kavala while we were fighting the Bulgars.
