Travel: A Noble in Disguise event - character is actually lowborn and has no money to give

Description​

Event comes after buying an apparent destitute peasant traveler some shoes. The text appears to want to reveal that the traveler is actually a noble of a certain house, but instead he is of "house Lowborn". Perhaps the event script is meant to promote the character, but if so, it hasn't worked.

Steps to reproduce​

Load the attached save game, or embark on a journey and trigger the event.
