I can’t plot any more trees. Is there a limit to plotting trees? It’s saying can’t create anymore of this type

yes, there is a limit to the number of trees you can have on a map. on the Steam version if you build a road over a tree, the road doesn't actually delete the tree and the game still counts that tree in your total allowed tree count even though the tree is no longer visible.
