Can anyone explain the trickleback given by the hospital tech in a little more detail then the other tread I read.... 5% back to manpower pool from battle/newly built, and does it trickleback from both? Thanks in advance.
AFAIK trickleback occurs when you lose manpower in combat - you gain a percentage of that manpower back to your pool, i.e. it trickles back (think of it as men who were wounded and able to overcome their wounds being reintroduced into active service).
