Tried reverting back to older version of CK did not work

I tried to play with CK 2.6.3 version through the beta thing, so that I could continue playing a save game, but I get a different checksum and now I am missing most of the CK+ stuff, which as seen in the link removes a lot of religions.

You have to use old Plus (4.05.4d) and no other mods.
