Trigger/is_shown/is_valid for specific MAA and it's current numbers?

Hey, I was just wondering if there is a trigger for checking if you have a specific MAA(ex: Varangians) AND if there is a way for that trigger to check their current numbers?

there is number_maa_soldiers_of_type
vanilla does this, for example in common\on_action\death.txt
