Trouble installing all patches including Arma available for Hol2DD

Im having trouble with all Arma Patches not installing correctly on my Laptop.

I have HoIDD 1.3 using Windows XP

I will save the patch to the doomsday folder then install or run it from there. It will go through the Wizard and install the patch, however all graphics, including the desktop icon are still HoIDD. Arma graphics don't show up and when you choose a Senerio the game crashes.

When I downloaded all patches and games to my Desktop it all worked correctly.

Are you trying to play Doomsday or Armageddon? You can't install Doomsday patches over Armageddon or vice-versa.

Correct install process for Armageddon:
Doomsday (any version)
Armageddon (from GamersGate; must overwrite Doomsday files)
Armageddon latest patch (1.2)
