I am trying to install a mod on Paradox Mods, i have never used it before. When I subscribe to the mod, it makes me create a playset, but the playset is not present on the laucher? why is this happening and how should I fix it? thanks.

Your launcher should have a default playset, Initial Playset - is that not there?

When you subscribe to a mod in the Paradox mods site, and run the game, do that mod's files appear in the Documents/Paradox Interactive/CK3/mod/ folder?
If not, what if you manually download those files from that site and place them there?

Please go into Ransomware-Controlled folder access- apps allowed through. Add there ck3.exe and C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2.2022.2/paradox launcher.exe

That would be your Windows user name, not the one from here. What folders do you see under C:/users/ in File Explorer?
Then I'm sure you are logged into Windows as Alexa. Under there will be /AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2.2022.2/paradox launcher.exe
In File Explorer you won't see AppData unless you un-hide it, but it should be there in the Ransomware interface?
