trying to add a new providence to the map

For my custom dynasty I wanted to try to add a custom seat for my house.
I created a new duchy and county under the du jure liege of stormlands.
The game loads but the duchy is called a high city, the county I created is blacked out, and the dujure of the duchy is all the stormlands but the high lordship of Red watch. I have looked through the localization files and common landed title and cant find what is wrong. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you again

I edited map in photoshop. I got the game to stop calling it a city and a high city and now are regular titles for westerosi but it is now saying that it is a dejure area of the county of summer hall:

correction all the counties of the map include that black county as their due jure area not just summerhall

Look in the files and copy what they did.

used the CWmapchecker and says that there is a providence error present. I copied everything from other examples in the files and when I check the providence list in the map checker it skips over my new providence number on the list.
