Trying to save game with name of "ENGLAND<<<<<<" crashes CK

Tried to save a game using the name ENGLAND<<<<<<<

So that I would notice it among the other englands I had, silly me, I lost a few years of progress as the game crashed failing to access that file.

Should be easy to reproduce, and I'm not sure if this would also happen in EU/etc.
