Seems this should be fairly doable with this engine and would be an intersting diversion. Once I get a bit more used to the editor, I might go take a crack at this.

Getting the hardware itself in there would just be mostly time-consuming, but should be straightforward. Not sure how if there'd be a good way to setup the alliances and such, but would be an interesting excercise and might even be fun... :)
