Tutorial on regency is broken

Description​

When you become a regent for the first time, a game will launch a little tutorial explaining regency screen. In the current version its broken - when it tells you to switch to your Liege's Power Sharing tab in regency screen, tutorial doesnt recognize it when you do it, making tutorial uncomplitable.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Play a game as landed noble. (happened when was playing a theme in Byzantine)
2. Become a regent of your liege for any reason.
3. Go for a tutorial when the game offers you to.
4. Proceed to the step where it tells you to open "Liege's Power Sharing" tab.
5. Upon clicking on it, nothing actually happens an tutorial becomes stuck.
