Okay so I have two drives on this laptop of mine, C: is generally for all the important non-game related things and the D: is for games and such. While cleaning my C: I discovered that this game was installed onto it. This confuses me because I have it on the D: as well.
The one on the C: looks like it's opening from the online GameStop thing while the D: opens from Steam. I open it from Steam, is it possible to remove the Crusader Kings on the C: and if I do, will it affect anything in the game? They look like they're the same except for a few things possibly on the C: because I've edited game files in the D: folder.
