I've got a good understand how to do events - at least I think. I've studied all the events, tinkered with the event commands.txt and noted what command does what, yet I can't find a "type = "insert random resource" which = [prov id/-1] value = whatever".
I've noted you can alter the overall resource pool a country has, but I've been unable to locate the command that perm. alters the resource extraction of a province...if such a command exists.
I certainly hope it does. I've got some rather amusing and jaw-dropping random events planned if such a command exists.
Question 2 - again with the 'good' understanding of event workings. I've surmised when an event fires the text you read in the box is stored under the "name = EVT_XXXX_NAME" and "desc = EVT_XXXX_DESC" and the subsequent text on the option boxes is located under the "name = ACTIONNAMEXXXXX" and so forth. However, I haven't been able to locate what these tags refer to, thus thwarting my attempt and making new events or fixing a few minor bugs.
