Using ver 1.1
- CPU specs 750mhz piii
- Available RAM 512
- Operative system winxp

New divisions raised with brigades are deployed with only 10,000 troops, but should have 12,000.

Incomplete colonial buildings never complete or go away when rebels burn them down.
