Just bought EIC and have two problems-one when I try to play a saved game the ships will not move. Second, I tried to install the Director's Cut patch and it seems to work but when I try to run the game it gives me a "setup.exe" not working error. Really want to play the game but need help here..

1) the game speed is set to 0 when you load a game. Just hit "+" on your keyboard or from the game (somewhere on the top-left side of the screen).
2) It seems that you are somehow trying to run some setup.exe when launching the game and it probably has nothing to do with EIC. Try to go to the installation folder and launch eastindia.exe from there. Hope you get the game up and running!
