1. Is there any method to make lower stabilisation level in other country?
2. Some countries (like Genoa, Venice) have some perriod in which I cann't vassalise them (vassalise option is not glowing). I have realized all condtions ( +190, RM, Alliance etc.). WHY?

1. When playing Sunni Muslim countries, you can force a Shiite Muslim nation to convert to Sunni. This will lower their stability and give you a s**t load of VP's. Also, this can be done when playing (I really don't know the word in English) Counter-Reformatory Catholics. If you have a Royal Marriage with a nation and they declare war on you, their stability will drop. Other than that, waging war on your foe for a long time will drop both their and your stability.

2. Put your cursor over the vassalise option in the diplomatic screen. After a few seconds a box will appear where all conditions in order to be able to vassalise someone should appear. Check these conditions. Twice.
