had anyone looked into leaders file of nations? In leaders.tur (turk leaders) the last two are very interesting... here they are for your comments.. They are not that good IMHO anyway..

historicalleader = {
id = { type = 6 id = 0531 }
category = conquistador # hmm.. sounds familiar.. codename???
name = "Gangut"
startdate = {
year=1570
}
deathdate = {
year=1605
}
rank = 7
movement = 3
fire = 4
shock = 4
siege = 0
}
historicalleader = {
id = { type = 6 id = 0532 }
category = explorer # ahhhh lovely , absolute rocks
name = "Ahmed"
startdate = {
year=1555
}
deathdate = {
year=1585
}
rank = 8
movement = 5
fire = 4
shock = 4
siege = 0

I didn't look into other nations leaders but there must be other good ones too..

oops...

I forgot to tell about the bonus leader :). I told about him before but if you are playing Turkey, wait for Eujld Ali (1525-1580). His stats are not high,but he has one special trait.. He annihilates the opposition %60 of the time, even 20k+ armies when commanding pure infantry army.. If one leader is lovely and absolute rocks then it must be Eujld Ali.He is that good..In fact, I never had a better general in any of my games(in most majors)...

The Austrian general Von Frundsburg clearly has an enormous penis, as he mops the floor up with anyone and everyone. Probably the best general I've had.
Actually, he's the one who captured Constantinople in (literally) a day. I move Von Frundsburg in, and start wondering why he's not sieging. Then I notice that the flag is mine...

Lol, a pity that the game doesn't include Napoleontic era. Twould make great fights between Napoleon Bonaparta and General Suvorov :D

Well, who's the greatest Russian General? GK Zhukov or Suvorov? Would the former have done as well as he did during WWII during the Age of Musketry & vice versa?
