txt.cvs and EEP

I was planning to translate some of the events from the EEP into german and so I searched the txt.cvs for the newly added event-descriptions.

But I didn´t found any new event in the txt.cvs.

Now my question; exists an description of the events which are coming with the EEP in the txt.cvs and if not, can I replace the english txt.cvs which comes with the EEP and use instead my german txt.cvs?

Or in other words, what exactly are the changes in the EEP-txt.cvs to the original txt.cvs?

The text for events are in events themselves, I don't want to mess with text.csv unless I have to. Open any eep*.txt file, events are there.

There's only one change:

U00_DESC;No description available.;;;;;;;;;;X
U00;User Defined;;;;;;;;;;X

should be changed to

U00_DESC;Khanate of Khiva;;;;;;;;;;X
U00;Khanate of Khiva;;;;;;;;;;X
