I remember somewhere down the line that there would be buildings that the player will have to build, kind of like Civilization series. So, does anyone know what types of buildings there are?

Other then the few included in text from that one screen shot I don't think there has been any info.

EDIT- Hey, Rochester, my roomate is from there..

I think the building will be more like in EU2, ie not an overly huge part of the game. See the second latest screenshot, the event log...

'Grand Palace', 'Royal Post', and 'Court of Justice' are the buildings listed on that screenshot....

That's what I was talkin' about! :D Sound very much like the stuff you can build in EU2, but then again I was hardly expecting a Civ/M:TW buildyrama

Well, that doesn't mean that those are the only ones you can build, though. There might be five or ten other buildings you could choose to build.... ;)

whattabout building on your vassals lands?

I mean, those are sometimes probly neglecting their lands.. and you have that federal treasury.. besides investing in your vassals should give 2 things:
1. More loyalty
2. Better income later ;)
(3. a fully improved province once its inherited..)

4. A formidable foe if the vassal decides to join/start a rebellion. :p

Players take on the role of the leader of a glorious dynasty. You must increase the greatness of your lands and your treasure coffins, build Cathedrals and Castles, and combat Highway Robber Bands and defecting vassals.

Then we know at least two more buildings.:)

i wonder if buildings can be destroyed? like, maybe a moorish army might destroy a cathedral is southers castile, or maybe u destroy ur enemies castle during war...

Assuming that you really can destroy buildings/province improvements, I hope this will be balanced well with construction time and costs of said buildings.

..or deliberately..

a huge army going thru moorish lands wrecking every lasty mosque, university etc you can find. Including those in jerusalem & mecka.. that would be extremely evil :D
