It should be "state_capitalism" and not "istate_capitalism" ;).

That is purely a cosmetic issue, unlike the original poster's bug. They'll probably fix it in the next patch too though. (And the Communist party has the same typo.)

The Finnish "anarcho-liberal" party should be called Aktiivinen vastustuspuolue (not "Aktivistinen").

Not that it really makes much difference, since Finland never gets independence in Vicky. :)

Edit: I see there is an event for Finnish independence in the 1914 scenario. It never happens in the GC, though.

Actually, it should be "Parti", as the French were the dominant Belgian culture at the time. In fact, they had to deal with Flemish separatism pretty frequently. (The Revolt.txt/Belgium.inc is also incorrect in this matter, putting Flemish before French, therefore setting it as the primary and not accepted culture. Besides, IMO Flemish should only become a culture with the bilingual administration event).

Accepted culture? Is that something from EU2?

AFAIK, All cultures listed as state cultures in Victoria are considered equal in value as full national cultures, nothing primary/accepted about it, and those terms have not been used in Victoria to describe the setup. Makes no difference which is listed first, second, third or fifteenth if such a thing were to happen.

Yes, while "primary" vs. "accepted" can matter in EU2 for things like colonization I don't think it really has any effect in Victoria (except setting the culture of your ships).
