Tyranny when revoking imprisoned rebellious vassals titles

Description​

Some of my vassals started a claimant faction war, they lost and were all imprisoned. I have level 3 crown authority so I believe I should be able to revoke at least 1 title from each of them without incurring tyranny. "known criminal" reason or whatever it usually is for rebellious vassals. However I can't revoke any titles from my imprisoned vassals without incurring tyranny and I dont know why other than maybe its because my ruler is underage? Not entirely sure if bug or game rule I'm missing.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Be Ruler 2. Vassals start claimant faction 3. Imprison vassals 4. Try to revoke titles from imprisoned vassals.
