Description​

Small interface issue, summary self-explanatory.
Tyrant opinion mechanism is working fine, but the rate of change in the opinion tooltip writes (-x/year) instead of (+x/year) in grey italic. (see screenshot)

Steps to reproduce​

Perform tyrannical action, then open tooltip of vassal opinion
