Hello!
I’m currently looking for people to join a sorta online board-game that I have made. It’s a social strategy game played over Discord & Google docs (One guy called it a textbox game).
It’s set in my own fantasy universe, very inspired by ancient Greece and Rome. It’s all about making alliance and betrayals between players. I would describe it as a combination of Europa Universalis 4, Crusader kings 2, Age of empires series, Total war series (campaign only) & Risk (the board game)
The games allows for some optional roleplaying as you got commanders, captains and both male and female characters of your dynasty.Assassins, Spies & Merchants are part of the game too.
The game is played over 1-2 months and a player moves maybe 1-2 times a week. It takes around 15-20 minutes to make a move. It’s very funny and simple.
The game is called Tyrants & Martyrs, and we plan to begin at the end of July/ Early august. Makes sure to contact me fast, since there are only 5 available slots at the moment.
We are currently 25/25 players, plus me - The game-master
