The Ukrainians keep running wild and conquering all of the SU because the SU has no troops to put them down. I'm cheating as the German and flying airstrikes to kill them because I'm sure that Ukrainian independence or even conquering the SU will really screw up the game...

OK, so it can be that you have "kill" a lot of your divisions. If you dissolve a higher number of units being SU, this chain of revolt events starts. In the 30's in SU Civil War was no so far away in the time. And Ukraine was occupied after this war due to the bad disposal against Moscow.

Your answer makes no sense. I'm playing Germany and watching this. Ukraine declared independence, and SU does nothing. There's one partisan unit left running through White Russia right now. Just two or three SU divisions in the West would have stopped this nonsense.

Yeah, never happening to me neither and I have make several tests with Iron Cross during development

I made a check of the SU in 1937 and they were finally building 14 INF divisions after Ukraine, Byelorussia and Crimea declaring independence. Had practically no money.

This was over a clean install of AoD 1.05.

In 1933 scenario, soviet have many units.

The only possibility is: ai soviet eliminated their units. And this don't have any sense (I don't know if aod 1.05 can do that)

Please, check if you have installed Iron Cross - AoD (because if you installed the armageddon version, urss will not have money)

It's the version for AoD. I checked. I've started another 1933 game, and I'll keep a close watch on the Soviets.
