Unable to add heathen vassals to tax collecter

Description​

There is a a “Jizya” tax collection type. However, as a Muslim clan ruler, I cannot make use of it since I cannot add heathen (non-Muslims) vassals/taxpayers under the jizya tax collecter because they’re feudal. This is counterproductive and renders the jizya tax type useless.

Steps to reproduce​

1- be a Muslim clan ruler.
2- get a feudal Christian/non-muslim vassal
3- try to add them as taxpayer to your designated jizya tax collecter.
4- you won’t be able to, unfortunately, since they’re “feudal”.

Hello there! The issue you described is a design choice and not a bug. Only Clan vassals can be appointed as Taxpayers to the Tax Decrees, Feudal ones are Taxed by Feudal Vassal Contract. If you have any questions about it, don't hesitate to ask about it on the main forum for the game.
