I'm having a problem in this game (any other saved game is fine) where I can't switch commanders around. Has anyone ever seen that?
It's very strange, I can change air and sea leaders. I can change the leaders of the Hungarians and Bulgarians (over whom I have military control). But I can only "remove" my German land commanders. When I click the "? portrait" it gives me a list of generals, but I cannot click on any to select them.
