This is an excellent mod! However....playing as the USA, I'm in November 1943and can only build Garrison 39 infantry and the AIR group build column is locked. I have researched all techs through 1942 for Intrantry and Aircraft, and the USA is allied with the Allies and is at war with the AXIS. Any ideas why?

Probably bad install of mod or key event for unlocking units did not fire from some reason.
Japan needs to attack you on historical date in 1941 and you should have unlocked ALL units available for building around that date (or even before that date if I recall correctly).
However, I cannot help you further, cause I am just a player (not modder).

Probably you didn't play historically. You should have the event "Limitless emergency" or something like that on 27 of may 1941 and begin the war the 7th of December same year.
Well, Japan definitely attacked me on 12/7/1941, and I chose "the kickass " Japanese AI when it was offered months later in 1942
I just tried the mod again from June of 1938 until May 28th 1941, and "Limitless Emergency" didn't fire. I was,however, abble to coup Japan and turn the government to a Social Liberal......Any ideas? I just ran the autosave for May 1941, and even with Japan as a Fascist nation, the event didn't fire.

The event is #3793.
Still a n00b at reading events but the main requisites seem to be :
- event 32 (arsenal of democracy) has fired
- US not at war
- Germany controls Paris
- war between either ger/uk, ger/sov or jap/chi.

It fired this time, and all is well. When I play the USA, I always try and move my intervention ASAP in order to ally with the Allies and get those juicy blueprints. Not this time!
