Unable to complete Angevin mission "The acts of union"

Description​

I can't complete the mission "The Acts of Union" as the Angevin Empire because it apparently requires me to be either Great Britain or Angevin Kingdom. And i did form an Empire before forming Angevin "Kingdom" so the mission isnt completable to my understanding.

Steps to reproduce​

Form an Empire as England before forming Angevin Kingdom, making you unable to complete "The acts of Union" Mission.

You can complete the mission if your country name is Angevin Empire:

But your tag must be AVE. AVE is normally called "Angevin Kingdom", but you can complete it with any name. The condition will dynamically show the current name of the tag AVE like in my screenshot. You can't complete the mission, because your tag is still ENG(usually called "England").

To get the tag AVE, you have to enact the decision "Force Acts of Union Debate" and win the parliament debate which the decision initiates
