I completed the first story mission for the Star Knight faction, but I seem stuck on the second mission. I am currently at 0/3 of Settlements Secured and I have seen the entire map and have not come across any other Oathbound settlements. There were other paladins in the first mission, but I have not seen any others in this second mission. Are there supposed to be other factions when the game starts?
