I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I just don't understand this new mechanic. I'm trying to conquer the Arawak tribe in Brazil, using conquest CB on what is a purple-highlighted core province of theirs. However on the peace deal screen it says "Not part of Migratory Tribal Land, use Force Migrate Treaty instead!" I don't understand what this means. Even in the treaties section it there is no option for "Force Migrate". Any idea why this is happening?
