Unable to go to the Patrol tab from the Deployment screen

While at 4k resolution, fullscreen, windowed, or borderless, I am unable to get to the Patrol tab. It is unlocked, I have the ability, but I am unable to get to the actual screen for the patrol buttons. I believe I've had this probably since before the latest update. I am not running any mods.

At 1080p I can get to the patrols deployment screen, but to click the button I actually have to click on the right side of "deployment" and not "patrols."

I am running in 4K, I have to use the opposite button to change tabs.

Same. I can get to the patrol tab, but I have to move the mouse around until I see the rollover state change to know when to press.
